STORE POLICY

Each Hannah Guerin item is hand made at professional quality from recycled metals in Brooklyn NY. All of our pieces are cast from found objects to preserve subtle details of the original object.

All metals wear naturally over time, to help slow down this process remove your pieces before washing your hands or showering. However if your piece needs a fresh shine Hannah Guerin does offer free polishing within the first year of purchase.

GENERAL SHIPPING

Items ship within 14 days from purchase. All pieces are made to order and require at least 7 days before shipment. All US & International orders are shipped USPS Priority with tracking and insurance.

Hannah Guerin does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

RETURNS

Exchanges and credits are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days along with all its original packaging and receipt of purchase. Please contact info@hannahguerin.com immediately to address the return. Please include a photo of the issue and reason for return.

Custom pieces and sale items are not eligible for exchange, or credit. In the event of a valid exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a tracking number) involved for returning the item.

The return must include all its original packaging and invoice. Items exchanged must be addressed over email first so we know to expect them. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
